When it comes to our favorite biannual events, the equinoxes and solstices come in a distant second and third to our one true love: Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW).
Valley Table, our sister publication and creator of this wondrous, bountiful collection of the region’s top restaurants all coming together to offer tasting menus of their signature and specialty dishes, has just announced HVRW 2021’s spring dates, a little later this year than usual.
From Monday, May 10 all the way through Sunday, May 23 — so a full two weeks of delicacies, if you can withstand it — you can snag a three-course prix fixe lunch for $25.95 and/or dinner for $35.95 at each participating establishment. Once again this season, restaurants have the option of providing these menu options both for dine-in and carry-out.
Past participants have included Peekskill’s Fin & Brew, BLT Steak in White Plains, and Port Chester’s Sonora, to name only a few of the dozens of Westchester Restaurants — and hundreds of locations throughout the Hudson Valley — participating in the celebration of all things gormandizing. Restaurants interested in participating can register online, or click here for more information.
So make a note, save up your vacation days, and stay tuned as the list of this spring’s participants comes rolling in!
