2 oz Herradura Tequila (or substitute tequila)
10 Concord grapes
1 oz Apple cider
½ oz Agave nectar
Place grapes into the base of a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddler. Add remaining ingredients in to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake hard and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a fan of sliced red apples.
2 oz Herradura Silver Tequila (or substitute tequila)
¼ oz Pomegranate molasses
¼ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
¼ oz Egg white
Add all ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker, shake to combine ingredient and emulsify egg white. Add cubed ice to the shaker and shake hard, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a rosebud.
