The “Up the River Burger” is, indelicately put, an absolute monster. The double-cheese, double-patty sandwich comes stacked with — deep breath — house-made thick-cut beer candied bacon, house-made ale cheese, hose-made beer-battered fried shallots, and a spicy aioli on toasted brioche. Loaded up with a mountain of house-made salt & pepper fries, it’s a tall order to finish, both literally and figuratively.
