Poolside on a sunny day with a glass of frosé in hand sounds like a summer dream. The best part: You don’t need a fancy bartender to make this frosty, picture-perfect cocktail. Pleasantville’s Mission Taqueria shares its refreshing recipe.

Ingredients

1 bottle dry rosé wine, such as Chateau Montaud
2 cups fresh watermelon or strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup simple syrup
1 cup raspberry vodka, such as Stoli

Directions

Pureé fruit in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds. Return pureé to blender and add wine, simple syrup, vodka, and 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth and frosty.
