This Super Easy Margarita Recipe Will Get You Through Quarantine

So, we reached out to Kyle Inserra of La La Taqueria in Larchmont to share his margarita recipe, and we’re happy to report it’s about as easy as it gets.

La La Taqueria Margarita

Shake together this refreshing margarita for Cinco de Mayo!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blanco tequila

  • 1½-2 Tbsp agave nectar

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • Kosher salt

  • Lime wedges

Directions

  • Pour some kosher salt into a small dish.
  • Rub a lime wedge along half the rim of a margarita or rocks glass.
  • Roll the rim of the glass in salt.
  • Combine tequila, agave, and juices in a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake well.
  • Strain into prepared glasses, and top with a splash of soda, if desired.
  • Garnish with lime wedges.
