Make This Margarita Mocktail for Dry January in Westchester

Invito Restaurant and Sinola Lounge Speakeasy in Elmsford shares a nonalcoholic riff on the classic cocktail.

If you’re abstaining this month but want to sip something more than seltzer, try this thoughtfully crafted mocktail from a local mixologist.

“We have a margarita mocktail using CleanCo tequila,” says mixologist Alexia Luni of Invito Restaurant and Sinola Lounge Speakeasy in Elmsford. “I’ve tried a variety of nonalcoholic spirits, and that brand has been by far the best product to create cocktails that taste exactly like the real thing.” For some pizazz, you can add your own rim to the glass: black salt, Tajin, or sugar.
