At the original Juniper, the brisket-blend burger was one of the most popular menu items. We’re happy to report it’s still around at the new location, and we can see why customers wanted it back on the menu. Smothered with Gruyère and topped with crispy onions, it’s drippy, rich, and messy in all the right ways.

The Mill’s eponymous burger is a meaty yet mellifluous medley of juicy dry-rub, fried leeks, smoked tomato jam, NY aged cheddar (or Swiss, if you prefer), with caramelized onions and/or grilled mushrooms on a seeded bun. Team it with some sea-salt fries or, even better, the spicy-cheddar Tater Tots (with creamy ranch dip), and you’re great to go at this no-run-of-the-mill eatery.
