Grapefruit Inferno
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mezcal
1.5 grapefruit juice (fresh)
.5 oz fresh ginger syrup
5 dashes of Hell Fire Bitters
2 oz Bohemia
Directions:
Build cocktail in a Collins glass and stir. Garnish with Jalapeño slices.

Corpse Survivor
Ingredients:
â…” oz Herradura Silver
â…” oz Lemon Juice
â…” oz Lillet Blanc
â…” oz Cointreau
Spray of absinthe
Directions:
Spritz a little absinthe into a chilled coupe glass and set aside. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake hard, strain into the chilled coupe glass, garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
