From fudgy brownies and delicate vanilla cupcakes to banana bread with chocolate chips, frosted cakes, and cookies, Baked by Susan offers quintessential baked goods in gluten-free options. In addition, owner Susan O’Keefe says some items are both gluten-free and vegan. “I saw a greater emphasis on gluten-free a few years ago, and now we have a great many customers asking for vegan items, so I decided to have those two go hand-in-hand,” she notes.
