If you’re abstaining this month but want to sip something more than seltzer, try this thoughtfully crafted mocktail from a local mixologist.
The soothing lemon-ginger tea reduction in this drink, aptly named “Give Me a Minute,” will offer a buzz from endorphins rather than liquor. “This mocktail offers restorative and mouthwatering ingredients that can help rejuvenate into the new year,,” says general manager Michael Hildebrandt. Garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary, you won’t have to sacrifice that fun cocktail bar vibe.
