Melt Mobile

Known for great grilled cheese sandwiches, Melt Mobile offers a variety of out-of-the-ordinary options including pork, white truffle, meatball, bourbon bacon jam, and vegetarian.

Scotty’s Eggrolls

It’s tough to drive past this bright yellow truck and not be curious about what they’re whipping up. With flavors like crab, Tex-Mex, and Buffalo chicken, these are not your standard Chinese takeout rolls. Craving something sweet? Try a dessert egg roll—options include strawberries and cream and apple pie.

Tecas Taco Food Truck

This local favorite is known for its authentic, no-frills taco selection. But if you’re in the mood for something different, Tecas also offers soups, burritos, fajitas, sincronizadas (a sandwich with flour tortillas as bread), tortas, and tostadas.

Matrix on the Go

If you like spice, this pick offers classic Jamaican dishes such as oxtail, jerk chicken, pepper steak, and jerk lamb chops, as well as a selection of vegan dishes like jerk jackfruit wrap, ackee with rice and beans, and vegan rasta pasta made with bell peppers and coconut milk.

Latusion Food Truck

From traditional Peruvian dishes to Cuban entrees with a twist, Latusion has a wide variety of options. Their specialty lomo fries, (beef stir fry with onions, tomato, and cilantro served over crispy fries and drizzled with signature sauces) have a cult following for a reason. Other offerings include sliders, fish-n-chips, empanadas, wings, salchipapa, and loaded tostones.

Yumbro

There’s no shortage of big flavor at this Filipino-Hawaiian fusion truck. Sample Filipino street food favorites like lumpia and chicharon de lugaw (crispy pork belly and rice porridge) or try a taste of Polynesia with the Hawaiian smoked barbecue beef with garlic rice. Other specialties include smoked huli-huli chicken and crispy kawali (pork) loaded fries.

Jimmy’s Soft Serve

Nothing beats the simplicity of walking up to the window of an ice cream truck. Jimmy’s serves sundaes, root beer floats, milkshakes, as well as classic chocolate and vanilla soft serve. Don’t miss the Razzle Mix-Ins—their take on a McFlurry—a cup of ice cream with your choice of a topping (sauce, cereal, or candy) blended in.
