It’s that time of the year again! The week-long culinary extravaganza that is Westchester Magazine’s 9th Annual Wine & Food Festival starts up on June 4, and we could not be more excited because this year there has been a savory addition to the event schedule that is guaranteed to make your mouth water.
Food Truck Friday makes its way to the Wine & Food Festival on June 7, with some of the area’s best food trucks lining up to provide a multitude of tasty dishes. With three hours of live music and fun, you will have plenty of time to explore what each truck has to offer at Yonkers’ Cross County Shopping Center.
There will be 13 uniquely different food trucks, so this event truly has something for everyone. In the mood for barbeque? Head over to Crafty ‘Cue BBQ for a fried chicken or pulled pork sandwich. Skipped out on breakfast? Pick your poison with an omelet from Grub-N-Goals, crepes from Leila’s Crepe Station, or a loaded waffle from Waffle Box Truck. Craving something a bit more cheesy? Stop by the Mac Truck for its signature gourmet mac and cheese.
The evening is sure to draw a crowd and is likely to be a smash with W&FF veterans and casual food-lovers alike.
Food Truck Friday will be held on June 7 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $50 online, or $60 at the door.
