After the success of last year’s poolside bashes pairing Equus‘ buzzy cuisine with local booze, they’ve made it a regular Thursday thing—and there’s plenty of time to jump in and catch the rest of the series. You’ll be escorted to the torch-lit Poolside Grotto of this renovated Hudson River castle hotel to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverage pairings such as lamb chops tzatziki with Napa Valley wine, beef Wellington with beer, soft-shell crab tempura with sake, and lobster BLT with whiskey.
