Eat With Your Eyes: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

1,400 pounds of meat are cooked each day at the Stamford, CT spin off of the popular Syracuse restaurant. But it’s the small plates you’ll go crazy for.

The main plates at Dinosaur are solid, but the choicest orders can be found on the small plates and sides menus, including smoky chicken wings, Creole-spiced deviled eggs, barbecued fried rice, and a little number called chow-chow, or marinated mixed veggies.
