Passing up pizza at The Parlor was a fool’s move until they unveiled That Burger, a double-cheeseburger — brisket, short rib, and chuck blend — topped with gooey white cheddar, crisp lettuce, and homemade Happy Sauce, making it a mock-haute version of a Big Mac. A pile of unforgettable hand-cut beef-fat fries accompanies it.
