Make room for a new dining spot, Yonkers. CAVA, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand, is expanding its roots to the Cross County Center this summer in a 2,180-square-foot space. From Mediterranean-inspired bowls to dips and dressings, CAVA offers healthy favorites in the fast-casual dining space.
As the Yonkers community grows, so does the demand for new dining spots. Cross County is home to more than 80 specialty stores, free parking, a children’s play area, and lively seasonal events. It also attracts more than 14 million visitors and guests annually.
“Cross County center is an iconic outdoor shopping destination with a dynamic mix of retail, dining, and entertainment. It’s the perfect setting for CAVA’s category-defining, Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant,” shares Kayli Tarcy, Cross County Center’s marketing manager.

The addition of CAVA to Cross County Center stems from public feedback delivered to Marx Realty, which manages the Yonkers destination’s leasing and operations.
“We kept hearing from our customers and visitors that they wanted CAVA at Cross County Center, so we delivered CAVA at Cross County Center!” enthuses Craig Deitelzweig, Marx Realty’s CEO.
Serving guests in different age groups, CAVA strives to grow in the Mediterranean category and meet the growing demand for healthy living. Its new location in Yonkers means that hungry shoppers can stop by for a healthy lunch or snack before going on with their day.
