Sometimes you’re just hankering for a good ol’ anti-fancy-pants kinda burger, one served in a dark-wood-paneled tavern in a little strip mall. Since 1967, the hand-formed 8-oz patties at Squire’s have dazzled burger maniacs with their consistent flame-charred juiciness. There are six specialty burgers, but the classic Squire Burger is the one to go for, splurging the extra coinage for some melty American on top.
