And, continuing the past half-decade’s big trend, Westchester has drawn Manhattan celebrity chefs northward. This year, the county saw openings by Chefs Michael Psilakis and Shea Gallante, both recipients of Food & Wine’s coveted Best New Chef award. But the year’s biggest restaurant surprise actually is hooked to a Jeep. Like a hard-rocking, traveling bar band, The Cookery’s DoughNation pizza truck is rolling to a town near you.
