Versailles in Greenwich is celebrating Bastille Day with a wine-paired dinner on July 14th. Tickets are $80 per person, and the wines come from the Domaine Jean-Marc Bernhard vineyard, a family-owned operation dating back to 1802 based in Alsatian wine country. Look for a homemade terrine of foie gras, French bean salad, and fig chutney paired with Pinot Blanc; seared black seabass, sautéed chanterelles, and white wine sauce paired with Riesling Vieilles Vignes; and choucroute paired with Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes.
The dinner is at 7; book in advance as seating is limited.
