Around the World in 8 Days

I’m a woman on a delicious mission: I’ve given myself eight nights to enjoy different ethnic cuisines without leaving Westchester County.

The good news is, this area has such a rich array of restaurants that I shouldn’t have any trouble finding fabulous food from all around the world. But that’s the bad news, too. There are just so many options, it’s going to be tough to choose. Nevertheless, I’ve narrowed it down to seven ethnic options, with a salute to American food at the end.
