Bet you didn’t know there was a day dedicated to the celebration of caramel corn (Monday, April 6, in case you were wondering). We sure didn’t. Learning about it set off a scramble: there had to be desserts in Westchester that incorporate this much loved and very American (Cracker Jack, now owned by Purchased-based PepsiCo, was created in the late 1800s in Chicago) treat.
