Owners Richard Cozza and John Cherico say that some of their favorite childhood memories were of times spent around the dinner table. At their olive oil-and-vinegar taproom, they offer fresh extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegars, spices, salts, sugars, local honey, and their small-batch gourmet coffee to help local foodies create their own memorable culinary experiences. A tasting room allows patrons to sample international olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
