Pole Dancing Lessons in Norwalk CT!

Pole Dancing has quickly become one of the most popular exercise classes in America!  Stars such as Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and Pink have all incorporated aerial fitness as part of their workout and performances.

About Michelle Abbruzzese:
Michelle was diagnosed with 2nd stage breast cancer in May of 2005.  Determined not to let cancer beat her, she sought out alternative ways to beat this deadly disease.  She opted for optimizing her nutrition, working with specialists in alternative medicine, and of course, fitness.  Michelle is a former NFL, AFL, CBA, USBL, WNFL, AHL cheerleader and  brings her spirit and extensive dance background to Norwalk's "SoNo" area.  Michelle was honored by the New England Patriot Cheerleaders during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Michelle has shared her story with many and it has brought other cancer survivors to Work It to also help keep them fit and feeling confident. 

Work It Dance and Fitness has partnered with The C.H.A.I.N. Fund and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to raise money for breast cancer survivors. 

ABOUT WORK IT
Michelle's goal is to empower it's clients to build their confidence, their sense of community, and of course, their health and well being.   It is the only studio of it's kind in Norwalk to offer aerial arts, burlesque jazz, bellydance (to name a few), and clients are seeing true benefits.
