tttThe free event for high school juniors and seniors begins at 9 a.m. and includes a panel presentation, tours of laboratories, and a luncheon.

tttttManhattan College invites high school juniors and seniors to attend its annual Engineering Awareness Day on Monday, Nov. 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Smith Auditorium and Leo Hall. The event is a unique opportunity for prospective students interested in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) to learn more about career paths and the College’s various engineering programs.

tttttThe Nov. 11 lineup includes a panel presentation with practicing professionals, current students, alumni and faculty from the Chemical, Civil and Environmental, Electrical and Computer, and Mechanical Engineering departments. Prospective students can also check out the different engineering labs on campus, and attend an engineering luncheon to connect with faculty and Tim J. Ward, Ph.D., P.E., dean of the School of Engineering.
