Their approach: “a fun, sweaty feel to an authentic and technical class, where not only do you get more fit, but you also have the opportunity to grow, with strong alignment cues, upbeat music, and dynamic sequencing.”
Reveal Hair Studio
While owner Cynthia Petfield provides the gamut of services in her trendy, full-service salon (cut, color, and style), our favorite offering is her signature beach waves. After a standard blowout, Petfield uses a curling iron to carefully mold freshly styled tresses into perfect waves, for a bouncy, sexy ’do that will have you feeling runway ready.

Before debuting this top-notch micro-spa in the Rivertowns, owner Theresa Naman garnered a local following for her specialization in treating sensitive skin (using plant-based products) and focus on an individual’s needs. For local beauty buffs, Mamaroneck-based e-commerce brand Apollo & Artemis is a go-to. Founder Laura Lee Botsacos created the high-end line to appeal to all types of skincare at a reasonable price. The collection includes a lightweight face serum, facial mist (packed with peptides, to reduce signs of aging), moisturizing eye cream, and antioxidant-rich vitamin C serum.
