U.S. News & World Report just rated over 20,000 secondary schools and Westchester came out at the top of the class.

Rankings giant U.S. News and World Report just released their 2018 list of the top high schools in the country — totaling more than 20,500, nearly 1,300 of which are located in New York. Two Westchester County high schools broke the national top 100, with nearly two-dozen making the state rankings.

Edgemont Junior-Senior High School in Greenburgh ranked 14th-best in New York, and 87th in the nation. (That’s the upper 96th percentile, for you standardized score fans.) It’s also the highest-ranked New York school outside of the Five Boroughs.

Bronxville High School came in just behind at 15th in the state and 90th overall.
