10 restaurants serving seasonal sweet corn this August.

Harvested at its peak in the late summer months, sweet corn is popping up at farmer’s markets and supermarkets, and some of our favorite chefs are making it a point to work the bright, yellow crowd pleaser into their light and refreshing summer dishes. Here are 10 ways to celebrate sweet corn season.

Sweet corn on the cob is the star of the show here, and it’s grilled and lathered in mayonnaise and cotija cheese and sprinkled with piquin chili powder. Fresh lime on the side makes for a zesty finish.
