Driving around the county, you might notice patches of upscale neighborhoods with houses that look like castles and lawns that are as green as a Crayola crayon. Most people who live in the area might say, “This is the rich part of the county.” But, what town really is the wealthiest in Westchester?
We have the answers for you from a recent nyup.com ranking. Using the most recent U.S. Census data to find the median household income in every town, village, and city across New York State, a list was created naming the richest place in each of New York’s 62 counties. No exceptions were made for population size or number of households, but those numbers were used as a tiebreaker when needed. We’ve listed all the results out for you by ranking, and some might just surprise you.
