Golf Lounge 18 opens in White Plains this month. The location in the Westchester Mall features five golf simulator bays, a pool table area, beer and wine bar, flexible private and corporate event spaces, and golf merchandise. It’s the third location for the year-round golf entertainment company.

“We wanted to build a place for golfers like us to practice when time, weather, proximity and traffic prevent traditional play,” says Golf Lounge 18 Co-Founder, Ajit Padda. “We also wanted new golfers to come in and learn the game in a non-intimidating, fun and welcoming environment.”
Four to six people can play in each bay with pricing from $55 per hour. Golf clubs are available for players who do not want to bring their own, although for those who do, there is a bag drop in the Westchester Mall parking garage. Golf Lounge 18 is located on Retail Level 2, near Neiman Marcus.

The simulators are powered by Trackman 4 Dual Radar technology, the launch monitor favored by many PGA pros and golf instructors. Serious golfers can hone their swings in practice mode using 31 data parameters. There’s also video analysis with live graphic overlays of club path, face angle, target line and ball trajectory.
Groups and individuals can also join a Golf Lounge 18 league, which typically plays for eight weeks with two-person teams and a “best ball scoring” format. Competitors play at different courses each week and a winner is determined by playoffs.
