First Village Coffee

123 Main Street, Ossining; 914.236.3765

This comfy coffee shop serves up specialty coffee, good vibes, and a few gingerbread treats. If you’re looking for a sweet side to your morning cup of joe, the gingerbread scones will hit the spot. The vegan scone is made with gingerbread spice and molasses and is topped with oat icing and cinnamon. It’s only available for a limited time, so grab it while you can! If you’re searching for a more holiday-themed treat, the coffee shop offers gingerbread-spiced French macarons filled with white chocolate ganache. They come in a box of six and can be picked up December 23 or 24.

If you’re searching for a more adult treat, we’ve got you covered. Yonkers Brewing Company has a festive winter ale on the menu called Yonkers Holiday Road. The 8% ABV beer is a winter ale conditioned with spices including ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, clove, nutmeg, and anise. Not only is it an ideal spice blend, but it’s also one that resembles the ingredient list in gingerbread.
