Sleepy Hollow is about to get a big boost to its Edge-on-Hudson development.

The location is slated to be the family-owned chain’s 11th in Westchester, sporting 30,000 square feet of market space and an adjacent 5,000 square foot pharmacy, plus all the organic and locally made products Westchesterites have come to expect from the DeCicco’s brand.
DeCicco & Sons marks the first retail lessee for the community, which has been building and leasing townhomes, condos, and apartments for more than a year now. Once completed, the development will include more than 100,000 more square feet of retail space beyond DeCicco’s, a 140-room boutique hotel, nearly 1,200 homes, 35,000 square feet of offices, and 16 acres of parkland.
Final approvals are expected from the town planning board soon, with construction beginning next year for a 2022 opening, pending the coronavirus pandemic.
