Mango Scotch Bonnet Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Herradura Silver
¾ oz Lime juice
3 slices of scotch bonnet pepper
3 cubic inches of mango diced
½ oz mango jam
Directions:
Crush mango and chili slices in the base of a shaker with a muddler. Add cubed ice and remaining ingredients. Shake hard and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a scotch bonnet chili and a roll of dried mango.

Organic Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz fresh lime juice (or the juice of 1 whole lime)
¾ oz La Sierra agave nectar (or other organic agave nectar)
Lime wheel and kosher salt rim to garnish (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel. To salt rim, moisten rim of glass with lime and gently roll in a plate of kosher salt.

Cucumber Beer Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Casa Noble Crystal
0.5 oz lime juice
1 tablespoon shredded cucumber
0.5 oz agave nectar
Directions:
Use shaker tin to integrate the ingredients vigorously with ice. Pour into Pint glass, then fill with Corona Extra.

Raspberry Black Pepper Ginger Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Casa Noble Crystal
.75 oz. Raspberry syrup (instructions below)
.5 oz. Barrow’s Intense Ginger (or other ginger liqueur)
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 tbs. Agave nectar
Rosemary
Black Pepper
Directions:
Make a raspberry syrup by combining ¼ lb. of raspberries with ¼ cup of sugar and bring to a boil. Strain and push through a fine sieve and reserve. Combine the tequila, lime juice, Barrow’s Intense Ginger, agave, and the raspberry syrup and shake well. Pour over ice into a Collins glass and turn fresh coarse ground black pepper 3-4 times and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

British Breakfast Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Herradura Silver
Large bar-spoon of apricot jam
¾ oz lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
1 sprig of mint
Directions:
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake hard and pour into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with ripe kumquats, apricots, and a mint sprig.
