Encore Is New Rochelle’s Newest Destination for Luxury Living

New Rochelle continues to expand on its luxury living with the opening of Encore, a 28-story residential tower that boasts ample amenities and services.

The Cappelli Development Company announced the opening and unveiling of Encore, a 28-story residential tower in downtown New Rochelle. Located directly across the street from 3THIRTY3, the newly opened building boasts 241 spacious luxury apartments and a lengthy list of high-end amenities and services.

The apartments are designed with vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, tiled showers and baths, and walk-in closets. Residents can catch sunset views of the Long Island Sound and New York City through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Each apartment is equipped with smart home technology that allows residents to access their apartments through keyless entry and program their central heat and air conditioning with programmable thermostats. Each apartment also boasts cable and high-speed internet connectivity.

In terms of fitness and sports amenities, Encore offers a health club with weight and cardio training equipment, an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor putting green, mini bowling alley, and ping pong lounge. For entertainment, the complex boasts a multimedia lounge and professional chef’s kitchen as well as an outdoor grilling area with a pizza oven.

“Encore will build on the tremendous leasing success we have enjoyed with 3THIRTY3 while continuing to elevate luxury living to new heights in downtown New Rochelle, which is experiencing an extraordinary renaissance,” says Louis R. Cappelli, Chief Executive Officer of the Cappelli Organization.

If all those amenities weren’t enough, there’s more. Luxury services include a 24/7 concierge with a package room, dry cleaning service, onsite garage parking, and electric vehicle charging stations with exclusive access to two Tesla vehicles. Plus, did we mention Encore is pet-friendly? The residence has a pet spa and grooming station for four-legged friends. For commuters, the property is only three blocks from New Rochelle’s Metro-North station.

Monthly rent for apartments in the high-class apartment building starts at $1,910 for studios, $2,540 for one-bedroom units, and $4,250 for two-bedroom units.
