8 Cool Cocktails to Fight the Summer Heatwave in Westchester

They may be Westchester County’s favorite nightlife hot spots, but these bars and restaurants also offer frosty, flavorful cocktails.

After-work cocktails—what’s better after a long day at the office? And, when the weather is steamy, there’s nothing more welcome then a frosty, thirst-quenching, stress-relieving, frozen cocktail shared with friends and colleagues. Here are some of our faves.

The Blushing Slush

There’s no better way to cool down from a summer heatwave than with a refreshing frosé. The Parlor in Dobbs Ferry has perfected the classic cocktail with a blend of frozen rosé and fresh strawberry purée. The Blushing Slush is a fun drink for a fun place as The Parlor provides lively music and energetic vibes that can be your escape from the summer sun while marveling at wall art made possible through contributions from local artists. And, before you go, don’t forget to try one of the unique pizza flavors, such as That Everything Bagel Pizza or the Queen Margherita.

The Purple Rain

Gin-Ger Fizz
